Mainly  performance oriented. The Kanji reads “Kage No Nai Ashi” litteraly the “legs with no shadow”. We provide you useful information on how to improve your training. Train like a badass and run, bike or swim faster than your shadow 🙂 We’ll discuss about latest research articles, training methodologies etc. You might find some posts very Otaku/nerdy oriented.
